By downloading, installing, or using Smart Ministry ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of Smart Ministry.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App on both iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store) platforms.

Smart Ministry is a personal productivity tool designed to help individuals track and organize their ministry activities. Specifically, the App assists with:

• Tracking field service time using a built-in timer
• Recording placements (books, magazines, and other literature)
• Logging return visits and Bible studies
• Managing territory maps and visit history
• Scheduling meeting reminders and part assignments
• Generating monthly PDF reports

You may use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
• Distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, or lease the App or any portion of it
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the App
• Use the App to collect or process data belonging to other individuals without their explicit consent
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the App
• Create derivative works based on the App without explicit written permission

All data entered into the App — including ministry records, territory information, and location coordinates — is stored locally on your device. No data is transmitted to the developer or any third-party server.

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of data you enter into the App
• Maintaining regular backups of your data using the Export Backup feature
• The security of your device and any exported backup files
• Compliance with applicable laws regarding the data you store in the App

Smart Ministry uses Google Maps to display territories and visit locations within the App. By using map features, you acknowledge and agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Location access is entirely optional. When granted, it is used solely to:

• Show your current position on the territory map
• Allow you to pin territory and visit locations

No location data is ever transmitted off your device. All coordinates are stored locally only when you explicitly choose to save a location.

The App and all of its contents, features, and functionality — including but not limited to all source code, text, graphics, user interface designs, icons, and the selection and arrangement thereof — are owned by the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The App's name "Smart Ministry", logo, and all related marks are proprietary to the developer.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the App or its content without the developer's explicit written permission.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

The developer does NOT warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or completely error-free
• All defects or errors will be identified or corrected promptly
• The App is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The App will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• Reminders and notifications will always fire exactly as scheduled

You use the App entirely at your own risk. The developer makes no guarantees regarding the App's availability, reliability, or accuracy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of ministry records or territory data
• Missed reminders or notifications
• Service interruptions or App downtime
• Loss of data due to device failure, deletion, or App updates
• Errors or inaccuracies in generated reports
• Any other losses arising from or related to the App's use or inability to be used

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if the developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The developer reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App or any feature thereof at any time, with or without notice. Updates may be delivered through the App Store or Google Play Store.

The developer is not obligated to provide updates, new features, or continued support for the App. However, we strive to maintain and improve the App for our users.

Significant updates that affect App functionality will typically be described in the App Store or Google Play update release notes.

The developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted to this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the App after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

Material changes will be communicated through the App Store or Google Play Store update notes, where reasonably possible.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
